This event is the largest girl’s tournament in the country. We typically have over 300 teams and over 200 colleges represented by 500 college coaches attend. The USA Invitational is the finest exposure event that you can attend with 20 indoor courts all in ONE LOCATION to accommodate you during this event.


It sells out each year so do not delay in registering.


NCAA REQUIREMENTS:


All teams must be registered on NCAA in order to be eligible to play. Your coaches and assistant coaches must be NCAA certified; you must list all NCAA certified events you are attending; and you must put your roster on the NCAA site - as well as enter your roster on the Blue Chip site – which is the one used in the college coach books.


NCAA will soon list the summer events on their website. Coaches must register their team roster on the NCAA website and check off they are attending Blue Chip USA Invitational event and must HIT SAVE at the bottom of the page. http://web1.ncaa.org/BBCS/exec/login.


AAU COACH and ASSISTANT COACH CHECK-IN: July 5th starting at 9:00am -1:00pm.


Only NCAA certified coaches will receive coaches’ bands at check in. https://screen.lexisnexis.com/pub/l/applicants/ApplicantUI.jsp


You MUST show your license - NO EXCUSES - if you left it in the car/hotel you will have to go back and get it. If you have just received your NCAA approval number you will also need to bring your email from the NCAA with the approval number on it.


PLAYER CHECK IN:

In order for Division I coaches to attend and observe at an event, an educational session must be scheduled so that all prospective student-athletes (high school and two-year college student-athletes) attend an in-person or video presentation including the mandatory topics.




NCAA Mandatory Lecture: July 5th between 9:00am to 1:00pm.

All teams are required to watch the video.


Players will then receive a lanyard which they must wear in order to gain entrance to the courts.


NOTE: The NCAA video will be shown continuously throughout the event for any player arriving later.


ADMISSIONS:

July 5th starting at 9:00am to 1:00pm.


Pre-Paid Admissions completed online - please bring your email confirmation and license to receive bands.


Approximate Game Schedule

July 5: 2:30 pm - 9:45 pm

July 6: 8:00 am - 9:45 pm

July 7: 8:00 am - 9:45 pm

July 8: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm


Team will be put in brackets of 64 according to age and ability, there will be a trophy awarded for the winner of each bracket and there will be a cross over game for the grand champions.



HOTELS:


You cannot reserve your hotel rooms until AFTER you register (pay) for this event. The following business day an email will be sent with a confirmation number and contact information for reserving rooms to the email address submitted on the application. All teams must go through the Meeting Max system. (This will allow only teams signed up for this event to block rooms and not allow teams to block rooms that might not get into this event). The hotels reservations will be updated daily with a list of the teams and their confirmation number. It is your responsibility to be aware of the hotels time line for rooming lists with credit cards and the individual hotels cancelation policy. Teams not willing to use the Blue Chip hotels should not sign up.


This is a “Play and Stay” event – all participating teams MUST use the pre-approved Blue Chip Basketball List of Hotels.
