REFUND POLICY

Tournaments

  • 60 days before the event - full refund.
  • 59-22 days before the event - a credit will be issued for a future tournament.
  • No refund or credit will be given to a team that drops out 21 days before an event.

Shootouts

  • Request for a refund must be accompanied by a Doctor’s note 14 days prior to the Shootout.
  • A $35 administrative fee will be deducted from all refunds.
  • No refunds will be made for any participant who cancels less than 14 days prior to the Shootout.
  • If an athlete is injured at the Shootout, she will receive a pro-rated credit for a future Shootout.
  • If the athlete is a senior, a pro-rated refund will be sent after the Shootout.

“No Show” at Tournament Policy

Blue Chip Basketball no longer collects a deposit check but instead reserves the right to charge any teams credit card account an additional $200.00 per game for failure to show up for all scheduled games at a Blue Chip Basketball Tournament.
