to allow Division I college coaches to attend this event.

Yes. The NCAA requires viewing at each and every NCAA Certified Event.
What is the responsibility of parents and fans?
During a certified event parents and fans are required to wear an Admission Band and sit in designated areas in compliance with NCAA rules.
They should refrain from using profanity or embarrassing players or abusing officials. Remember, the behavior of parents has a distinct
